The Dodington Lodge Hotel is please to announced the appointment of our new Head Chef Ms Natalie Dykes as from Wednesday 1st September 2004. The Hotels pervious Head Chef Ms Clare Spencer has left on maternity leave, though will be returning in a part time capacity in 2005. The company wish Clare well in this exciting time for her and her partner.

Though only in post a few days Natalie has already commenced work on creating different menus, something that the hotels new owners had planned for this time. The main menu which will run for approximately four weeks will feature a selection of old favourites & new treats and will be complimented each week by a changing selection of specials.

For those with a sweet tooth Natalie and her team are also developing a new menu of home-made desserts that again will change on a regular basis.

It is hoped that these changes will be pleasing to our existing customers and will tempt new ones to enjoy a dining experience at the Dodington Lodge Hotel.
